At Reach we have the extensive equipment and expertise to ensure that no sample sits in a queue. We know that a rapid turnaround time is crucial to our clients and that is what they have come to expect – material back in the hands of their chemist, adding value, as soon as possible!
As an outsource purification provider we aim to make it as easy as possible for the synthetic chemist. That is why we provide a safe and secure samples submission area, allowing you book in your sample and supply sensitive data without concern. Once your sample arrives with us you will receive automated emails as your sample moves through the process allowing you to track your own sample. A final report is then generated as soon as the job is complete ensuring you have the data immediately. We understand how important your sample is, that is why our scientists are available via phone and email, throughout the process to keep you updated!

Chiral Separations

We have the capacity to offer chiral separations starting from EE determinations through to the purification of hundreds of grams of racemate.
Heavily automated screening systems allow us to screen over 200 chiral conditions in less than 24 hours giving us a 98% success rate when it comes to finding an appropriate separation. We screen across HPLC and SFC in parallel and once a method is identified purification and scale up begin straight away. Five preparative HPLCs plus five preparative SFCs are the ten reasons we can return up to two grams of racemate in less than four working days.

Achiral Separations

As part of our analytical tool kit we have both RP- LCMS and SFC-MS allowing us to carry out extensive method development and purity analysis for all achiral jobs. We have three dedicated preparative achiral HPLC systems as well as SFC capabilities.
We can provide multi component resolutions, impurity isolation and reference standard generation alongside plate purifications and single sample purification from 5 mg to 500 grams.
